Welkom bij The Tan Bar! Om je ervaring zo prettig mogelijk te maken, hanteren wij een aantal duidelijke voorwaarden. Door een afspraak te boeken, ga je akkoord met onderstaande regels:
Afspraken & Te Laat Komen
We vragen je om op tijd te komen. Ben je meer dan 10 minuten te laat, dan kan je afspraak helaas komen te vervallen. In dat geval kunnen we je voorschot niet terugbetalen en brengen we een no-show tarief in rekening.
Voorschot
- Bij je eerste online boeking vragen wij een voorschot van €10.
- Dit bedrag wordt verrekend met de behandeling.
- Bij vervolgafspraken is er geen voorschot nodig, tenzij anders aangegeven.
Annuleren of Verzetten
- Annuleer of verzet je afspraak minstens 24 uur van tevoren, dan blijft je voorschot geldig voor een nieuwe afspraak.
- Bij annuleren, verzetten of niet opdagen binnen 24 uur voor je afspraak, brengen we 50% van het behandeltarief in rekening, min het betaalde voorschot.
Aansprakelijkheid
- The Tan Bar is niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies, diefstal of schade aan persoonlijke eigendommen in of rondom de salon.
- Ook zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor huidreacties of allergieën, ook niet bij gevoelige huidtypes. Neem bij twijfel altijd contact met ons op voor advies of een patchtest.
Voorbereiding & Nazorg
Voor het mooiste resultaat is een goede voorbereiding belangrijk!
- Je ontvangt van ons prep- en care-instructies per mail na het boeken van je afspraak.
- Deze instructies zijn ook terug te vinden op onze website.
- Volg deze goed op: het resultaat van je spray tan hangt daar sterk vanaf. The Tan Bar is niet verantwoordelijk voor een tegenvallend resultaat bij onvoldoende voorbereiding of verzorging achteraf.

Welcome to The Tan Bar! To make sure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to read and agree to the following terms when booking an appointment.
Appointments & Being Late
Please make sure to arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded. A no-show fee may apply.
Deposit
- When booking online for the first time, a €10 deposit is required.
- This amount will be deducted from your treatment total.
- No deposit is needed for future bookings, unless stated otherwise.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
- If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will remain valid for your next appointment.
- If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the treatment price will be charged, minus your deposit.
Liability
- The Tan Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings in or around the salon.
- We are also not liable for skin reactions or allergies, including those on sensitive skin. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us or request a patch test in advance.
Preparation & Aftercare
To achieve the best possible result, proper preparation and aftercare are key.
- You will receive prep and care instructions via email after booking your appointment.
- These instructions are also available on our website.
- It is your responsibility to follow these guidelines. The Tan Bar cannot be held responsible for disappointing results due to improper preparation or aftercare.
